The IT Department of RNESU has moved to Mojo Helpdesk as its new ticketing system for tech support tickets.  Mojo Helpdesk is an application that is integrated directly into our Google Apps so that any RNESU user can click on the More Menu in their Gmail and open a ticket or view existing tickets.  We think that this ticketing system offers our users greater and easier access to their tech support and greater communication with our technicians.
