To view your photos and videos in Google Drive:

Computer
Go to Google Drive.
Click Google Photos on the left.

Android
Open the Drive app.
Touch the menu icon  at the top left and then Google Photos.

iOS
Open the Drive app.
Touch the menu icon  at the top left and then Google Photos.

Organize your photos & videos into Google Drive folders
You can copy, move around, and edit your Google photos in Google Drive, but those changes will not be reflected in Google+.

IMPORTANT
If you edit a photo in Google+, your edits will only appear in the photo in Google+, not in the photo saved in your Drive folder. To have the edited photo appear in your Drive folder, download the edited photo in Google+ and upload it to your Drive folder.

If you delete photos or videos from the Google Photos folder in Drive, they will also be deleted in Google+.
Your automatically backed up photos are private unless you choose to share them. If you have shared your Google Photos folder in Drive with others, the people you've shared with will be able to see any new photos and videos that are added to the folder.

You can control the Google Photos feature via Drive Settings > General > “Automatically put your Google Photos into a folder in My Drive.”
