Have you ever had to look for a document, software program or settings on your Windows laptop or desktop and not had the slightest clue about where to find it? Well thankfully, Windows 7 has added a search capability right on the Start Menu. Just click the Start menu and start typing the name (or part of the name) of what you are looking for in the box and a list of results will appear at the top of the Start menu that match your search, broken down by category: Programs, Control Panel items, Office documents and Files. Try it with the word "calculator" to find the calculator tool normally found in Accessories. You can use this just to find a document you typed, it searches inside the file as well!
