Science is more than a body of facts, a collection of principles, and a set of machines for measurement. It is a structured and directed way of asking and answering questions. The OV Science program has a variety of required and elective courses to meet this philosophy.

Courses that specify laboratory are two semesters in duration to facilitate lab instruction. The movement from one course to the next course in sequence is contingent on current satisfactory performance, current teacher’s recommendations and the student’s needs.
